Runaround Cross Country Festival

Event Overview

Welcome to the 2nd Annual Runaround XC Festival! This event is FREE to any Student Athlete/Cross Country team wanting to participate.

Event Highlights

• Location: Join us at the Tom Rutledge Cross Country Course in Joplin, MO for an evening filled with shoe demos, giveaways, competition, education, and camaraderie.
• Activities: Athletes will have the opportunity to test trainers and spikes from many of the top running brands while participating in a continuous lap challenge throughout the evening.
• Demo Stations: Each participating brand will host a demo station where athletes can try on shoes, learn about products, and earn chances to win giveaways!
• Timing: The 1/2 Mile laps will be timed and tracked during the event, with prizes awarded for both individual and team performances.

Awards

• Extra Mile Award: Most individual laps completed.
• Gazelle Award: Fastest Individual lap.
• Iron Pack Award: Team with the most total laps completed.

Additional Features

• The Clinic: Presented by Midwestern Built Health (Jen & Chris Banks).
• Brand Interaction: Opportunities with representatives from top running companies.
• Featured Brands: Brooks, HOKA, New Balance, On, Mizuno, Saucony, Asics, Diadora, Nike, Altra, Topo, and Mount to Coast.
