The Heart & Sole 5K takes place to remember and honor Courtney Frazine, a fellow runner who was taken from us WAY too soon as a result of a running accident.

🏆 Awards and Participation

All of the participants will receive a long-sleeved "Dri-Fit" tech shirt. Awards will be given for overall and age group winners, going 3 deep.

💖 Previous Impact

In 2024, 18,000 was raised, split up, and donated to READ Muskegon, Kids Food Basket, and Love INC of Muskegon.
