Through the Decades 5k

Race Information

Get ready to lace up your running shoes and travel through time at the Through the Decades 5K!

• Course Experience: This fun and festive 5K combines paved road running with the beauty of the local rail trail, creating a unique course experience for runners and walkers alike.
• Stroller Advisory: Participants planning to use strollers should note that portions of the course take place on the rail trail.
• Decade Themes: From groovy 1970s disco to radical 1980s neon, each mile will take you back in time.
• Attire: Dress in your favorite decade-inspired attire and enjoy music, costumes, and nostalgia from past eras along the course.

• Start/Finish Location: LaValley Family Community Center, 17 Meadow Road, Newport, NH 03773
• Distance: 5K (3.1 Miles)
• Participant Giveaway: The first 50 registered participants will receive a free event shirt! Sizes available on a first-come, first-served basis
• Sponsorship Opportunities: Support local students while promoting your business!
