Race Information

Get ready to lace up your running shoes and travel through time at the Through the Decades 5K!

• Course Type: This fun and festive 5K combines paved road running with the beauty of the local rail trail, creating a unique course experience for runners and walkers alike.
• Stroller Notice: Participants planning to use strollers should note that portions of the course take place on the rail trail.
• Decades Theme: From groovy 1970s disco to radical 1980s neon, grunge 1990s fashion, and beyond, each mile will take you back in time.
• Attire: Dress in your favorite decade-inspired attire and enjoy music, costumes, and nostalgia from past eras along the course.

Whether you're a seasoned runner, casual walker, or participating with family and friends, this event is perfect for all ages and experience levels.

• Costume Prizes: Dress to impress! Costume prizes will be awarded for each decade.
• Support: All proceeds benefit the Sugar River Valley FFA Chapter and will help support students attending the National FFA Convention.
• Series: This race is part of the Sunshine Circuit Series.
