• Open Participation: Whether you're running, walking, rucking, or cheering, join us!
• All Levels Welcome: Open to seasoned athletes and first-timers alike.
• Request: For safety and enjoyment, please leave your dog at home.

The Course

• Course Type: PR-friendly lollipop course.
• Path: Follows the paved Camp Chase Trail west and loops at Wilson Road Park.
• Terrain: This course is flat and fast.
• Ideal for: Chasing a 5K PR or crushing your first race!

Awards

• Age Group Awards: Shine in your age group.
• Ruck Run Top Honors: Conquer the ruck run for a chance to win awards.
• Special Awards: Top male and female finishers will receive special awards.

Looking for an Extra Challenge? Try the Ruck Run!

• Heavy Ruck Run: Male participants must carry a 35lb+ rucksack, females carry 20lb+.
• Guidelines: Follow updated GoRuck guidelines for an inclusive competition.
• Preparation: Review essential rules and equipment guidelines pre-race.
