Racing Minds Kids' Run Series (Fall 2026)

Event Details

• Date: September 27, 2026
• Time: 4-5 PM on Sundays

Series Overview

• Cost: $30 includes all 3 Sundays, shirt, race bibs and medal.
• Race Dates: Week 1 - Sept 27, Week 2 - Oct 4, Week 3 - Oct 18.
• Location: Lakeline Park Sports Fields (back up at Milburn if fields are closed).
• Early Registration: Register by 9/1 to guarantee shirt size.

Pick-Up Information

• Early Shirt/Bib Pick-Up: Saturday, 9/26, 9:30-12:00 at Lakeline Park.
• Additional Pick-Up: Sunday, 9/27, 8:00-10:00 at Dick's Cedar Park.
• Race Afternoon Pick-Up: Sunday, 9/27, 2:00-3:30 at Lakeline Park Sports Fields.
• Special Bonus: Pick up EARLY at options listed above and be entered to win a Dick's Gift Certificate!

Race Format

• Ages: Kids ages 2 to 14.
• Focus: Emphasis on personal improvement, not competition.
• Allowed Distances: Kids can race up in their age group but not down.
• Special Circumstances: Email [email protected] if shorter distance is needed.

Recommended Distances

• 50m Dash: PreK ages 2-3
• 100m Dash: PreK ages 4-5
• 400m (0.25 mi): Kindergarten-1st grade (ages 5-7)
• 800m (0.50 mi): 2nd-3rd grade (ages 7-9)
• 1600m (1 mile): 4th-8th grade (ages 9+)

• Savings: Registration for ALL 3 WEEKS is just $30 and includes a shirt and medal.
