Event Description

• Lace Up: Lace up your sneakers, grab your loved ones, and join us for the One Shot 5K—a run/walk dedicated to supporting the heroes who serve our country and the families who stand by them.
• More than a Race: This race is about much more than just a finish line—it’s about showing up for those who have given so much.
• Community Support: By participating in this 5K, you're helping to provide financial support for veterans and their families to access One Shot Wellness, a fitness community focused on healing, strength, and mental wellness.
• For Everyone: Whether you’re a veteran, a family member, or someone who just wants to make a difference, this race is for YOU.

Race Details

• Date: Saturday, August 22nd
• Registration: $45 for 5K or $35 for Kid's Fun Run
• Timing: This race is not timed. Results are unofficial and self-monitored.
• Registration Deadlines: August 9th (to be guaranteed a t-shirt), August 20 online registration closes, Day of Registration available 7:15-7:40am

• Check In & Registration: 7:15AM - 7:40AM
• Program Begins: 7:45AM (Welcome from One Shot team)
• National Anthem: 7:55AM
• Race Start: 8:00AM
• Location: One Shot Wellness, 1277 Cornell Road, Green Bay, WI 54313
• Virtual Option Available: Can’t make it in person but still want to support? Participate from anywhere on August 22nd! Complete your 5K and join us virtually.
• Route: The 5K route will begin and end at One Shot and utilize the Mountain Bay Trail. See Event Info for map details.

How to Register

• Sign Up: Choose your race (in-person or virtual). We have a 5K option available or a Kid's Fun Run option available!
• Go Above and Beyond: Raise extra funds to support the cause and get your registration fee refunded ($150 minimum).
• Join Us: Show up on race day or run your 5K virtually.
