Record Donation: In 2025, Hull of a Race set a fundraising record, donating a historic $26,000 to the St. Louis Area American Parkinson Disease Association.

Viewing Area: We offered a more comfortable viewing area with a tent, seating, and cooling fans.
Parking: Specific parking near the start/finish line improved accessibility for our Parkinson’s Heroes.

Events: Kids 1/4 mile fun run, Timed 5k/10k Competitive Race, Timed 5k Fun Walk/Wheel Chair/Baby Stroller Roll.
Prohibition: Running is prohibited in the 5k Fun Walk/Wheel Chair/Baby Stroller Roll due to timing disadvantages.
Race Day Information
Date: August 15, 2026
Start Times: 5k/10k races start at 8:00 a.m. and kids fun run at 7:45 a.m.
Location: All timed events start/end at 290 Main Street at the corner of Main & Dixie streets in downtown Hull, IL 62343.
Course and Timing
Course Certification: The 5K/10K courses are USATF Certified (IL22004NM, IL22005NM).
Chip Timing: Events are professionally timed by It's Race Time, Inc.
Awards and Age Groups
Awards: Announced following the adult race: Trophies, Medallions, & Ribbons.
Age Groups: Fun Run 9 & under, All 5K/10K Events by age categories.
Registration Information
Shirts: Guaranteed for those signing up by August 1.
Entry Fee: $10 for Kids Fun Run, $30 for 5K/10K, family rates available.
Additional Details
Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued: the race will run come rain or shine.
Packet Pickup: Pre-registered participants can pick up packets on August 14 and race day morning.
Raffles: $1 per ticket with a raffle following the adult race.
