Total Health Challenge & Family Fun Run/Walk

Whether you're looking for a fitness challenge or a fun activity for the whole family, Total Health Day has something for everyone! Participants can register for either the Total Health Challenge or the Family Fun Run/Walk.

Total Health Challenge

The Total Health Challenge is a fun, high-energy adventure run featuring short running segments and bodyweight fitness stations designed for all ages and fitness levels. Participants may register as an individual or as part of a team, making it a great opportunity to challenge yourself or enjoy the experience with friends, family, or coworkers.

Event Features

• Scalable Movement Options: Every workout station includes scalable movement options, allowing participants of all abilities to safely complete the challenge.
• Support Team: Instructors and volunteers will be stationed throughout the course to demonstrate movements, provide encouragement, and help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Family Fun Run/Walk

The Family Fun Run/Walk is a non-competitive event designed for participants of all ages. Whether you choose to run, jog, or walk, it's a great way to enjoy the day with family and friends while supporting a meaningful cause.

Registration Includes

• Entry: Entry into your selected event (Total Health Challenge or Family Fun Run/Walk)
• T-shirt: Official Total Health Day event T-shirt
• Food Voucher: $5 Food Voucher redeemable at any participating food truck or food vendor during the event
• Access: Full access to all Total Health Day activities, including the after-party, family entertainment, sponsor village, and the Ohio State football game on the big screen
• Community Support: MOST IMPORTANTLY every registration will provide one month of healthcare for an individual in Central America through Total Health's network of medical clinics
