Tierrasanta Monster Dash 5K Run & Run/Walk

The Tierrasanta Monster Dash 5K and 5K fun run walk is back in 2026. Save the date - Saturday October 31 - Halloween! What better day to haunt the boulevard in T-Town? Come in costume and wow the judges. We'll have a Kids Zone that will include bounce houses, lots of Halloween candy, and face painting. Long sleeved T-shirts, along with finisher medals, will be provided to all participants (excluding kids under, 10 who are free). The infamous adult beer garden will be open to all over-21 adults. Come taste some great craft brews! It will be a Spooktacular time. Early packet pick up will be Friday the 30th, from 4-7pm at the Tierrasanta Recreation Center. Day-of-race packet pick-up and limited race registration begin at 7am, so plan your morning accordingly. Parking will be available at the Recreation Center, Community Pool, and Luthern Church. Please make sure you sign your waiver. See you there in COSTUME!!!!!

Saturday, October 31, 2026 – Monster Dash Day

• 7:00am-8:15am: Bib pickup at the Tierrasanta Rec Center parking lot (near the gym)
• 8:20am: Stretching and National Anthem at the start line
• 8:30am: Chip-timed race begins. Fun Run/Walkers to follow.
• 8:45am: Beer Garden open to adults 21+
