Race Day Information
- What to Bring: Bicycle, Bicycle helmet (required), Shirt with race bib, Socks & Running shoes, Towel, Swimming goggles & swim cap (optional)
- Arrival & Parking: Parking available at the facility and surrounding areas (Civic Center). No street parking.
- Check-In: At the front of the facility upon arrival.
- Opening Ceremony: Begins at 6:45 AM – overview of race-course and event details
Event Details
Swim
- Athletes should arrive wearing their swimsuits.
- Athletes exit the pool and transition to the bike racks.
Bike
- Participants will put on their helmet.
- They will complete a marked bike loop before transitioning to the final run.
Run
- It is recommended that the athletes wear running shoes to participate in 5k.
Results & Photos
- Finishing times will be recorded using race bibs – bibs must be worn on the front of shirts.
- Results and photos will be posted on Florida Race Day’s Facebook page: Florida Race Day Facebook
