About this race
Walt Disney World® Marathon Weekend 2027
On January 6 – 10, 2027, runDisney® and the Walt Disney World® Marathon Weekend will mark the 30th anniversary of the Walt Disney World Half Marathon! In celebration, inaugural mascot Donald Duck will be the star of the show at every race on every course over the weekend, inviting athletes, fans and his Disney pals to join in his antics.
As always, magic and one-of-a-kind medals are included. Choose your adventure and join Team Helping Hands and your race day will benefit the Anaheim Community Foundation’s Helping Hands program. Helping Hands are community grants awarded to local nonprofit organizations that are providing vital services in mental health, food insecurity, literacy, college readiness and more.
Race Options
- Walt Disney World® 5K: Thursday, January 7, 2027 - $400, deposit of $125 + processing fee required at time of registration and $275 fundraising.
- Walt Disney World® 10K: Friday, January 8, 2027 - $500, deposit of $175 + processing fee required at time of registration and $325 fundraising.
- Walt Disney World® Half Marathon: Saturday, January 9, 2027 - $750, deposit of $250 + processing fee required at time of registration and $500 fundraising.
- Walt Disney World® Marathon: Sunday, January 10, 2027 - $900, deposit of $255 + processing fee required at time of registration and $645 fundraising.
- Goofy’s Race and a Half Challenge: Saturday-Sunday, January 9-10, 2027 - $1,200, deposit of $500 required at time of registration and $700 fundraising.
- Dopey Challenge: Thursday – Sunday, January 7 – 10, 2027 - $1,500, deposit of $770 + processing fee required at time of registration and $730 fundraising.
