CORE's 2026 Reindeer Run & Roll 5k

Event Overview

The CORE Team along with clients, friends and family are coming together for the 5th annual Reindeer Run and Roll 5k presented by CORE, benefiting the CORE Foundation, Inc. Participants are encouraged to dress up in their most festive holiday gear as we run and roll the beautiful Seminole-Wekiva Trail.

Entry Fee

• Early Registration: On or Before November 12th at 5pm: $35.00 and includes race, t-shirt, and participant medal!
• Late Registration: November 14th - December 4th: $35.00 race only*
• Day of Registration: December 5th: $40.00 race only*
• Medal Availability: Participant medals will be given out while supplies last. Limited supply.

Early T-Shirt Pick Up

• Pickup Dates: We will release dates for early t-shirt pickup once they have been delivered. It is typically the week of the race.
• Extra Shirts: Reminder, if you did not pre-register by November 12th, you are not guaranteed a t-shirt or medal. Extra shirts may be available post race while supplies last.

Day of Event Schedule

• 7:00am: Check In Opens
• 8:00am: 5k Race Starts for hand cyclists, followed by runners, then walkers/rollers.
• Post Race: Join us for a Parking Lot Party with fun festivities, music, and mimosas!

FAQ

• Race Date and Location: Saturday, December 5th, 2026. The race course begins and ends in the CORE parking lot. Registration opens at 7 am. Race start time is promptly at 8 am.
• Course Length: The 5K is 3.1 miles.
• T-shirt and Medal Eligibility: Only pre-registered runners that successfully complete the registration and payment processes by November 13th are guaranteed a free race t-shirt. The remaining shirts are available for $20 until they run out.
• Dog Policy: Sorry, but for safety, pets are not allowed on the course. Service animals are welcome.
• Stroller Participation: Yes, strollers are allowed, but please start in the latter part with the walkers.
• Personal Items: No gear drop-off area on race day. Please leave your belongings in your car or with a non-participant.
• Water: Yes, bring your own water. One water station will be available midway through the course.
• Registration: Please pre-register online at runsignup.com to make registration and payment contactless.
• Cost Breakdown: Early Reindeer Special ($30), before November 12th ($35), November 15th - December 5th ($35), Day of ($40).
• Refund Policy: If you purchased insurance at registration, you can receive a refund. Otherwise, no refunds or transfers will be issued.
• Weather Policy: The race is a "rain or shine" event. Dress appropriately for the weather.
• Transfer Policy: Our NO TRANSFER policy means all participants must sign their own waiver.
• Parking: Free parking is available at CORE and along nearby side streets. Accessible parking is limited.
