Event Overview:

Join us for the 7th AdventHealth Clermont Freedom 5K presented by LiveTrends Design Group, on July 4th in Downtown Clermont, Florida! Whether you're running or walking, the course offers a great way to celebrate Independence Day with family and friends. Kick off your Independence Day with a healthy start. The 2026 race returns to its roots, starting at Clermont City Hall, the site of the first-ever Freedom 5K in 2020. Check out the new course below—less trail, more fun! Can't make it in person? No worries! You can still participate virtually and receive all the awesome race swag!

Event Details:

• Date: July 4th, 2026
• Location: Downtown Clermont, Florida (Start by City Hall and Finish at Suncreek Brewery)
• Start Time: 7:30 AM

Race Entry Includes:

• Accurate timing: Yes
• Gender-specific custom running tank: Included
• Custom finisher's medal: Included
• Access to the finish line: Yes at Suncreek Brewery

Important Notes:

• Registration: All participants must be registered.
• Bibs: Running without a bib may risk disqualification.
• Pacing: Must register if pacing someone.

Packet Pick-up:

Location: Dash Sports, 741 W Montrose St, Clermont, FL 34711

• July 2nd: 2 PM - 6 PM
• July 3rd: 2 PM - 6 PM
• Race day: 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM on the lawn by City Hall!
• QR Code: Necessary for picking up others' race bibs.

Race Day Registration:

Available online until 6:55 AM (if the race has not sold out). No on-site paper registration.

Group Pricing:

• Team Discount: Teams of 4 or more receive $5 off per participant.
• Refund: The first 3 registrants get a $5 refund after reaching 4 members.
• Combination: Discount may not be combined with other offers.

Virtual Packet Pick-up:

Virtual packets will be shipped within two weeks after the race (includes paper or digital bib). Note: We cannot ship outside the US. Share your virtual race photos on social media and tag us @flodashevents with #flodashrunner #virtualrace.

Parking:

For parking, refer to the Clermont City parking map for nearby lots.

Strollers and Dogs:

• Strollers: Please line up at the back of the pack.
• Dogs: Not allowed on the course except for service dogs. Must contact the race director in advance.

Race Donations:

Donations will benefit the Code 4 Initiative, a 501c3 nonprofit that helps Florida law enforcement families facing financial hardship due to catastrophic injury or death.

Awards Ceremony:

The awards ceremony will take place around 8:45 AM. Categories include:

• Top 3 Male and Female Overall: Yes
• Top Male and Female Masters (40+): Yes
• Top Male and Female Grand Masters (50+): Yes
• Top 3 Male and Female in 5-year age groups: Yes
