Event Overview

• Join us: for the 7th AdventHealth Clermont Freedom 5K presented by LiveTrends Design Group, on July 4th in Downtown Clermont, Florida!
• Celebration: Whether you're running or walking, the course offers a great way to celebrate Independence Day with family and friends.
• Kickoff: Kick off your Independence Day with a healthy start.
• Virtual Participation: Can't make it in person? No worries! You can still participate virtually and receive all the awesome race swag!

Event Details

• Date: July 4th, 2026
• Location: Downtown Clermont, Florida (Start by City Hall and Finish at Suncreek Brewery)
• Start Time: 7:30 AM

Race Entry Includes

• Timing: Accurate timing
• Custom Gear: Gender-specific custom running tank
• Medal: Custom finisher's medal
• Post-Race: Access to the finish line at Suncreek Brewery, along with snacks, beverages, and watermelon!

Important Notes

• Registration: All participants must be registered. Anyone running without a bib may be subject to a misdemeanor charge.
• Pacing: If you’re pacing someone, you must register as well.

Packet Pick-up

• Location: Dash Sports, 741 W Montrose St, Clermont, FL 34711
• Dates: July 2nd: 2 PM - 6 PM: July 3rd: 2 PM - 6 PM
• Race Day: 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM on the lawn by City Hall!
• Pick-up: You can pick up race bibs for others if you have their QR code and correct name spelling.

Race Day Registration

• Availability: Available online until 6:55 AM (if the race has not sold out).
• No On-Site Registration: No on-site paper registration available.

Group Pricing

• Team Discount: Teams of 4 or more receive $5 off per participant.
• Refund: The first 3 registrants pay full price: after the team reaches 4 members, first 3 will receive a $5 refund.
• Combining Discounts: Discounts may not be combined with other offers.

Virtual Packet Pick-up

• Shipping: Virtual packets will be shipped within two weeks after the race.
• Photo Sharing: Share your virtual race photos on social media and tag us!

Referral Rewards

• Get Rewards: Get a $20 refund when 5 friends sign up using the referral link from your registration confirmation email.

Parking

• Reference: For parking, refer to the Clermont City parking map for nearby lots.

Strollers and Dogs

• Strollers: Please line up at the back of the pack.
• Dogs: Dogs are NOT allowed on the course. Contact the race director in advance for service dogs.

Race Donations

• Benefit: Donations will benefit the Code 4 Initiative, a 501c3 nonprofit helping Florida law enforcement families.

Awards Ceremony

• Time: The awards ceremony will take place around 8:45 AM.
• Categories: Top 3 Male and Female Overall
• Categories: Top Male and Female Masters (40+)
• Unique Awards: Each award is a unique living art piece, created by LiveTrends Design Group.
