• Join Us: for the 7th AdventHealth Clermont Freedom 5K presented by LiveTrends Design Group, on July 4th in Downtown Clermont, Florida!
• Celebrate: Whether you're running or walking, the course offers a great way to celebrate Independence Day with family and friends.
• Course Details: The 2026 race returns to its roots, starting at Clermont City Hall, the site of the first-ever Freedom 5K in 2020. Check out the new course below—less trail, more fun!
• Virtual Options: Can't make it in person? No worries! You can still participate virtually and receive all the awesome race swag!

Event Details:

• Date: July 4th, 2026
• Location: Downtown Clermont, Florida (Start by City Hall and Finish at Suncreek Brewery)
• Start Time: 7:30 AM ⏰

Race Entry Includes:

• Timing: Accurate timing ⏱
• Apparel: Gender-specific custom running tank
• Medal: Custom finisher's medal
• Refreshments: Post-race snacks, beverages, and watermelon

Important Notes:

• Registration: All participants must be registered. Anyone running without a bib may be subject to a misdemeanor charge and risk disqualifying the race.
• Pacing: If you’re pacing someone (a child, spouse, or friend), you must register as well.

Packet Pick-up:

• Location: Dash Sports, 741 W Montrose St, Clermont, FL 34711
• July 2nd: 2 PM - 6 PM
• July 3rd: 2 PM - 6 PM
• Race Day: 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM on the lawn by City Hall!

Race Day Registration:

• Availability: Available online until 6:55 AM (if the race has not sold out).
• On-site Registration: No on-site paper registration.

Group Pricing:

• Team Discount: Teams of 4 or more receive $5 off per participant.
• First Registrants: The first 3 registrants pay full price.
• Refunds: After the team reaches 4 members, the first 3 will receive a $5 refund.

Virtual Packet Pick-up:

• Shipping: Virtual packets will be shipped within two weeks after the race.
• Social Media: Share your virtual race photos on social media and tag us @flodashevents.

Referral Rewards:

• Sign up: Get a $20 refund when 5 friends sign up using the referral link from your registration confirmation email.

Costume Contest:

• Best Female Costume: Chance to win prizes.
• Best Male Costume: Chance to win prizes.

Parking:

• Parking Map: Refer to the Clermont City parking map for nearby lots.

Strollers and Dogs:

• Strollers: Please line up at the back of the pack.
• Dogs: Dogs are NOT allowed on the course. All runners with approved service dogs must start the race at the back of the pack and must be leashed at all times.

Race Donations:

• Beneficiary: Donations will benefit the Code 4 Initiative, a 501c3 nonprofit that helps Florida law enforcement families facing financial hardship due to catastrophic injury or death.

Awards Ceremony:

• Time: The awards ceremony will take place around 8:45 AM.
• Categories: Includes Top 3 Male and Female Overall, Top Male and Female Masters (40+), and more.
• Award Collection: Awards must be picked up during the ceremony and will not be held post-race.
• Unique Awards: Each award is a unique living art piece, created by LiveTrends Design Group.
