Mission Statement

• Focus: Advancing mental health access and awareness in minority and underserved communities

Course Information

• Course: A challenging, accurately measured 5K run through Washington Lake Park.
• Park Size: 330 acres – the largest municipal park in New Jersey.
• History: Developed with assistance from the NJ Green Acres Program and dedicated in 1992.
• Timing: Accurately timed using chip timing with jbsportstiming.com.

Walk & Start Information

• Walk: 1 mile walk will not be timed.
• Start/Finish: Near the Amphitheater.
• Parking: Available in Lot E, closest to the Amphitheater.

Registration Information

• Online Registration Price: $25.00 until January 31, 2026.
• Online Registration Price: $30.00 from February 1, 2026 - March 17, 2026.
• Online Registration Price: $35.00 from March 18, 2026 to 8pm on Friday, May 1, 2026.
• Day-of Registration Price: $40, with in-person registration beginning at 8:00am.

Awards

• Cash Prize: $50 for first place overall winner Male and Female.
• Age Group Awards: Prizes to the top 1 Male & Female finishers in various age groups.
• Age Groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+.
• Timing: Overall Winners - based off GUN TIME: Age Groups - based off CHIP TIME.
