Race Schedule

• Packet Pick-Up: Opens at 7:30 AM.
• Toddler Dash: Ages 3 &: under – 50 Meters at 8:00 AM.
• Ages 4–5 Race: 200 Meters at 8:05 AM.
• Ages 8–12 Championship Mile: Starts at 8:15 AM.
• Shoe4Africa 5K Championship Race: Starts at 8:30 AM.

Kids Championship Races

• Toddler Dash: FREE, 50 Meters, with a Participation Ribbon.
• Ages 4–5: $5 Entry Fee for 200 Meters, awards for Top 3.
• Ages 6–7: $5 Entry Fee for 300 Meters, awards for Top 3.
• Ages 8–12 Championship Mile: $5 Entry Fee, awards for Top 3, with a chance to win a $50 Cash Bonus for 6:00 or faster.

5K Championship Race Awards

• Overall Winners: $150 for 1st Place Male &: Female.
• Cash Prizes: $75 for 2nd Place and $50 for 3rd Place.
• Age Group Awards: Top 3 Male and Female in various age brackets.
• Eligibility: Overall cash prize winners are not eligible for age group awards.

Giveaways

• Finisher Medal: All participants receive one.
• Official Event T-Shirt: For first 50 registered participants.

Registration Fees

• Toddler Dash: FREE.
• Ages 4–5 Race: $5.
• Ages 6–7 Race: $5.
• Ages 8–12 Championship Mile: $5.
• 5K Championship Race: $20.

Race Day Registration

• Available: On race day for same fees.

Payment Methods

• Accepted Payment: Cash only.

Championship Race Rules

• Course Completion: Required for awards and results.
• Age Group Awards: Not available for overall winners.
• Timing: Gun time for overall and chip time for age group.
• Decisions: Final decisions made by the Race Director.

Park Entrance Fee

Lake Perris State Recreation Area charges an entrance fee of $20 per vehicle.
