Join Smoke Crest Farm and Cornerstone Caregiving for a Health Fair & 5K for Dementia Awareness

Lace up your sneakers and help us raise awareness, support, and hope for individuals and families impacted by dementia. This family-friendly event combines a community health fair with a 5K walk/run dedicated to education, prevention, and compassionate care.

• Time: 9:00-11:00 - Health Fair
• Keynote Speaker: 11:00 - 11:30
• Fun Run/Walk 5K Kickoff: 11:30

Location and Registration

• Location: 830 Springhill Rd, Barre, MA
• Registration Fee: Pre-registration - $15, Day of event - $20 for 5K, $10 admission fee for Health Fair
