Join Smoke Crest Farm and Cornerstone Caregiving for a Health Fair & 5K for Dementia Awareness

Lace up your sneakers and help us raise awareness, support, and hope for individuals and families impacted by dementia. This family-friendly event combines a community health fair with a 5K walk/run dedicated to education, prevention, and compassionate care.

  • 11:00-11:30 - Keynote speaker
  • 11:30 - Kick off to the Fun Run/Walk 5K
• Location: 830 Springhill Rd Barre, MA
• Registration Fee:
  • Pre-registration: $15
  • Day of event: $20 for 5K
  • $10 admission fee for Health Fair
