Event Purpose

• Celebration: The Tiny Footprints 5K brings together runners, joggers, and walkers of all ages and athletic abilities to celebrate our NICU grads.
• Memory: This event also honors families who experienced a loss.
• Support: Your support provides funding for equipment and services for the UMass Memorial NICU at the Children's Medical Center.
• Annual Service: Funds raised help put on the annual Memorial Service hosted for families experiencing a loss.

Course Information

• Location Benefits: This new location offers a fun racecourse through downtown Worcester.
• Participants: It's suitable for those taking on their first 5k as well as competitive runners looking for a personal record (PR).
• Family-Friendly: An easy walk for those who prefer to share the time with family and friends.

Event Day Activities

• Festivities: The event day will include a memorial service for families, a DJ, and a fun run for kids.
• Activities for Kids: Face painting will be available for children.
• Food and Drinks: The baseball field concession stand behind home plate will be open with food and drinks for sale.
• Raffles: There will be fantastic raffles (cash or Venmo). Please note that the park is credit card only.
