• Community Spirit: Join us for a morning of community, wellness, and hope at the Bedford County Recovery Series 5K!
• All Fitness Levels: This event is designed for seasoned runners and families looking to enjoy a morning walk together.

The Route

• Start: The beautiful, welcoming grounds of the Bedford Elks.
• The Path: Choose an easy, flat trail or tackle the more challenging Purple Trail.
• Turnaround/Finish Area: The course takes you to the historic Omni Bedford Springs Hotel area.

Event Highlights

• Family & Kid-Friendly: Bring strollers, grandparents, and kids! This is a supportive, positive environment for everyone.
• Choose Your Pace: Walk, jog, or run—this event prioritizes community over competition. It is an UNTIMED race.
• Race for a Cause: 100% of proceeds support vital programs in Bedford County helping individuals and families recover from addiction.
• Your Impact: Your participation funds recovery resources, helps break the stigma, and supports a healthier Bedford County.

• SWAG BAG: Each participant will receive a SWAG BAG and a TRUCKER HAT with their paid entry.
• Registration: Day of the race registration is available by check or cash.
• Silent Auction: Please bring your checkbook if you would like to bid!
