Event Purpose
- Community Initiative: Join us for Berthoud’s first-ever community-driven 10k!
- Charity Partnership: In partnership with Berthoud Pet Supply.
- Support Rescue: A portion of race registration proceeds will go to Scroungy Dogs and Pretty Pups Rescue.
- Non-Profit Involvement: This local 501(c)(3) non-profit is dedicated to rescuing and rehoming dogs and cats throughout Northern Colorado.
Race Experience
- Food Stations: Runners will run around town stopping at set up food aid stations with samples from local restaurants.
- Wristband System: Participants will wear a wristband that will be hole punched to show completion of food samples.
- Eating at the Finish: Samples can be collected and enjoyed at the finish line; however, the wristband must be hole-punched to confirm stops.
Prizes
- Overall Winner: BOLDERBoulder 2027 entrance + cash prize.
- Runners Up: Gifts for men, women, kids, and seniors.
- Local Support: Runners up will receive a gift basket with local items from local businesses.
