The Bones Run 5K

Event Overview

Come run a personal best like your life depends on it, along the moonlit trails of Standing Bear Lake. See your breath hit the air as your pulse quickens and your heart pounds in fear of all things that go bump in the night!

Race Details

• Location: 132nd and Papio Lake 16 Rd N, Omaha, NE
• Registration: Includes entry for The Bones Run, a fabulous t-shirt, glow necklaces, and an invitation to the after-party.

After-Party

• Time: Starts at 7:45 pm
• Location: Legends Patio Grill and Bar (6910 North 102nd Circle, Omaha, NE)
• Inclusions: Appetizers and a refreshment coupon provided to each participant.
• Awards Ceremony: Begins at 8:30 pm, with awards for Overall Male and Female, along with age group awards.

Race Course

• Theme: Night-time run hosted by the Omaha Running Club.
• Course: An out and back “dark” course with a water stop.
• Safety: Headlights are encouraged for the run.
• Costumes: Encouraged for participants, awards will be given for the best costumes.

Participation Guidelines

• Age Requirement: Minimum age is 18 years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Pets: No pets allowed on the race course.
• Participant Cap: This event will be capped at 250 participants.
