Big Little Run 2026

The Big Little Run is a 5K, 10K, or Half Marathon race on Sunday, September 27th, 2026 through the beautiful Guelph Lake Conservation Area in support of Guelph youth. All proceeds from participant registration and fundraising will support Big Brothers Big Sisters of Guelph’s life-changing mentoring programs.

5K Course

• Route: Available as a run or walk, the 5K course takes you over paved, gravel and some grassy roads around the Conservation Area.
• Views: You will have beautiful views of the lake, beaches, camping grounds and surrounding forests.
• Level: This route has a few small hilly sections and can be completed by runners/walkers of any skill level.
• Ideal for: Perfect for any new runners, families with young children or anyone just looking to get outside and get some exercise! View 5K map HERE.

10K Course

• Route: The 10K course has a combination of gravel and paved roads that run through the Conservation Area and out to the Guelph Lake Dam.
• Challenge: This route has some hilly sections that will challenge your skills and reward you with stunning views.
• Test your skills: Looking to put your running skills to the test? The 10K course is for you!

Half Marathon Course

• Route: The Half Marathon course has a combination of gravel and paved roads that run through the Conservation Area and onto surrounding roads.
• Scenic views: It will take you around the perimeter of the lake, providing fabulous views of the lake, dam, and surrounding farmlands.
• Experience: This hilly and beautiful course will have you feeling ecstatic and proud after crossing the finish line!

Registration Benefits

• Included: Race bib & chip timer with official results post-race.
• Finisher Medal: Big Little Run finisher medal.

Participant Information

• Course Maps: Course maps, start times, and directions to the race venue will be emailed to participants the month of the event.
• On-site Amenities: Participants will have access to on-site parking, toilets, water stations, St. John's First Aid and more.
• Raffle Tickets: Tickets will be available for purchase for a chance to win Raffle Prizes during the event.
• Weather: Event is rain or shine - dress appropriately.

Natural Choice Medical Clinic is a multidisciplinary wellness clinic dedicated to helping people move, feel, and live better through personalized, evidence-informed care. Our team of practitioners work together to support health, recovery, performance, and overall well-being for patients of all ages and activity levels. You’ll find their incredible staff at the start/finish line throughout the event with a variety of practitioners offering sideline support for runners, including quick taping, adjustments, mobility support, and recovery tips.

Refund Policy

Full refunds available until Sunday, September 13th, 2026 (excluding processing fees), 50% refunds available until Sunday, September 20th, 2026 (excluding processing fees). No refunds available after that date.
