- Course: 21km counter clockwise loop around Mt. Gardner

Race Details
- Start Time: The run begins at 9 am
- Starting Point: Near the ferry dock in Snug Cove, Bowen Island
- Check-in: Pre-race check in begins at 8 am
- Ferry Information: Runners coming from off island should plan to take the 8 am ferry from Horseshoe Bay.
Participation Options
- Individual or Relay: This run can be completed individually or as a relay in a team of three.
- Aid Stations: Handoffs occur at each of the aid stations.
- Registration: Be sure to check your preferred option when you register.
- Finish Line: Drinks, snacks, and great prizes will be available.
Environmental Responsibility
- Reusable Cups: Handloggers encourages you to bring your own re-usable cup for use at aid stations and finish line.
- Community Support: Funds raised support Bowen Island Trail Society, Bowen Island Conservancy, and other local causes.
Membership Requirements
- BC Athletics Membership: All participants are required to hold a valid BC Athletics athlete membership.
- Day of Event Membership: $5.00 for those without a current membership.
- Selling Out: The event often sells out early!
- Waitlist: Contact us by August 25 to be added to the waitlist if sold out.
