Hosted by The Hill 317 in partnership with the City of Lawrence through the Live Longer Initiative, this event brings people of all ages and fitness levels together to walk, jog, or run in support of health, wellness, and community.

Whether you’re chasing a personal record, enjoying a walk with family and friends, or taking your first step toward a healthier lifestyle, this 5K is for you.

Important Registration & Shirt Notice

*Participants who register within 48–72 hours of race day may not receive their event shirt on race day due to ordering and inventory deadlines. If your shirt is not available, you will be able to pick it up at the next Thursday Hill session.

Day-of-race registrations are subject to availability and may only include a recovery snack and water. Race shirts, medals, bibs, and other participant items are not guaranteed for same-day registrations and will be provided only if available.
