Schedule
- Shuttles to Start: Sarta buses will shuttle participants from 6:00 AM to 7:45 AM.
- Race Start: Elite race at 8:00 AM, community run/walk at 8:05 AM.
- Parking: Available around Downtown Centennial Plaza: do not park at Malone.
- Stroller Notice: Recommended to drop off strollers at the starting line.
Elite Championship
- Field: Exclusive invite with required time standards.
- Previous Athletes: Featured former marathon record holder Kiera D'Amato and bronze medalist Molly Seidel.
- Entry Standards: "A" Standard: 15:35 5K or better, "B" Standard: 16:25 5K or better.

Community Run/Walk
- Eligibility: All women and girls of all abilities are welcome.
- Distance: 6K course (3.73 miles), and all participants receive a finisher medal.
- Men's Participation: Men can join virtually or volunteer.
- Start Time: 8:05 AM, following the elite division.
Virtual Race Option
- Setup: Join virtually by signing up for the virtual race.
- Inclusions: T-shirt, finisher medal, and bib sent by mail.
- Flexibility: Run your chosen 6K course at your convenience.
- Submissions: Participants are encouraged to share their time and photos.
Little Ladies Loop
- Ages: Open for ages 0-10.
- Start Time: 9:40 AM, following the USATF Award Ceremony.
- Opportunity: Parents can run for free alongside their children.
- Registration: Opens April 1st.
The Festival
- Activities: Finishers festival focusing on empowerment and sisterhood.
- Entertainment: Music, fun MC, and women-owned vendors.
- Awards: Recognitions for top finishers in various categories.
- Completion: Festival concludes around 10:30 AM.
Awards Schedule
- Top 5 Overall: Awards for the top five women in the Open Division.
- Masters and Grand Masters: Recognized with awards.
- Top 3 Divisions: Awards for Pink Division and Walking Division.
- Age Divisions: Top 3 in each age division recognized: no double awards for top overall finishers.
