Registration Fees
- Individual Pre-Registration: $25/per person ($20 for students)
- Team Pre-Registration: $20 per person group rate for 5+ members
- Registration Deadline: Due by 10/3/2026 to guarantee your shirt size
- Race Day Registration: 7:00 AM at Lake Park Lodge, Foot of Main Street & Lake Street, Winona MN

Friday, October 9th, 5:30-7:30 PM at the American Legion, 302 East Sarnia St.
Course Details
- Course Route: Around East Lake Winona, flat and fast
- Awards: 1st and 2nd place in each division and overall winners
- Age Groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
- Participant Perks: Receive a 2026 Warrior Waddle shirt and refreshments after the race.
