Race Route

• Course: The route follows the original Grand Prix course, 100% on roads or sidewalks.
• Traffic Management: Runners must obey traffic signals, especially at Franklin St (NY-14).
• Warning: Crossing illegally may result in disqualification or injury.
• Cutoff Time: 3 hours (12pm)

Post-Race Entertainment

• Refreshments: Free drink at the finish and snacks provided by Lucky Hare Brewing.
• Aid Station: 1 aid station approximately halfway with water, electrolyte drink, and snacks.
• Post-Race Party: At Lucky Hare Brewing, open to all with live music and additional food and drinks for purchase.

Race Day Information

• Check-in: Starts at 7:30 am and ends at 8:45 am on courthouse lawn.
• Start Announcement: ~8:50 am around the check-in area.
• Start Time: Race starts at 9 am on Franklin St at the Grand Prix sign.
• Course Guidance: Follow orange cones and stay to the side of the road: first right onto Old Corning Rd.

Race Details

• Direction: You’ll be running with the flow of traffic for the first 5.6 miles.
• Traffic Signals: Must follow all traffic signals: caution advised at Franklin St / NY-14.
• Aid Station Location: At approximately 2.9 miles with water, Gatorade, and bananas.
• Caution: Cross the road at mile 5.6 when safe: volunteers are present for guidance.

Post-Race Activities

• Finish Line: Free drink token redeemable at Lucky Hare Marina location.
• Finisher Awards: Awards given to all finishers, plus additional for age groups and overall winners.
• Refreshments: Additional snacks, fruit, and water provided post-race.
• Raffle Drawing: Takes place at 11 am: participants must be present to win.

• Parking: Consider parking near the finish line and walking to registration/start area.
• Distance: Approximately 0.5 miles from finish to registration/start area.
• Accessibility: The walk to the registration area is flat, ideal for walking or warming up.
