• Event: 5K Walk/Run for the K9 Heroes

• Location: Bourne High School, 75 Waterhouse Road, Bourne, MA 02532

Schedule

• K9 Hero Awards Ceremony: 9:00–9:50 AM
• 5K Walk/Run Start Time: 10:00 AM
• Weather: Rain or Shine

Event Details

• Purpose: A meaningful event honoring K9 heroes serving our communities and country.
• Awards Ceremony: Recognizing extraordinary K9s for courage and service.
• Community Celebration: Experience the bond between K9s and handlers with inspiring stories.
• Participation: Join us early to show your support for these deserving heroes.

Race Information

• Course: A 3.1-mile route that is currently being certified, beginning and ending at Bourne High School.
• Participants: Runners and walkers of all ages are welcome.
• Dogs: Owners can walk with their dogs on the course.
• Free Entry: Children under 12 may participate for free.

Awards

• Male Division: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place
• Female Division: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place
• Children’s Division: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place
• T-Shirt: The first 300 registered participants will receive a free race T-shirt.
