Event Purpose

• Beneficiary: The race is held to benefit the Hall Township Food Pantry.
• Community Focus: Supports local initiatives during the holiday season.

Event Details

• Race Type: Serious 5K race or a fun holiday event.
• Start Time: Gun goes off at 10:00 AM.
• Location: JFK School in Spring Valley (999 N Strong Ave).
• Pre-registration Benefits: Choice of Hoodie, sweatshirt, or Long Sleeve T-Shirt.

Registration Information

• Pre-registration: Available online.
• Packet Pick-Up: Nov 27th from 4-6 PM.
• Day Of Registration: Opens from 8:30-9:30 AM.
• Refund Policy: NO REFUNDS or registration transfers.

Course Details

• Certification: The course is a certified measured 5K.
• Terrain: Mostly flat with two gentle hills.
• Timing: Chip timed with computerized results.
• Awards: Christmas ornaments for Overall Male and Female Top Finishers, and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in various age groups.

Refreshments and Goodies

• Water Stops: Available at miles 1 and approximately 1.7.
• Holiday Treats: Cookies, candy, and hot chocolate at goodie stops.
• Post-Race: Additional surprises at the end of the race.

Food Pantry Donations

• Donation Incentive: Participants are encouraged to donate non-perishable items.
• Raffle Entries: One entry for every two items donated.
• Increasing Chances: 4 items = 2 entries, 6 items = 3 entries.
• Prize Announcement: Details to be announced as the race date approaches.

Special Guests

• Santa Appearance: The Big Guy will start the race and possibly hand out awards.
