REGISTRATION FEE SCHEDULE

Advance Registration: It benefits you to register in advance. Pre-registration discounts are available until week of the race.

• Late Registration: Late Registration period starting Monday August 24th. All race registration fees increase by $10.
• LAST MINUTE Registration: Last Minute Registration Period starting Saturday August 29th at 7 pm. All race registration fees increase by $10.
• Registration Closure: All Registration Closes at 6:30 am on Race Day - August 30, 2026.
• Land Use Fee: Please note: Upon arriving at 29 Pines Ranch a $15 per-person land-use fee will be collected. Payment is available via Cash, Venmo, Paypal or by adding access pass to your registration purchase.

Check-in and Number Plate Pickup

• Check-in Opens: Check-in and number plate pickup will be open at 7:00 am on Sunday and stay open through the morning.
• TMBRA Plates: This event will be using TMBRA annual number plates. Please ensure you enter your TMBRA Plate and Chip Number into the registration page accurately.
• Online Registration: Registration closes for all classes and categories at 6:30 am August 30, 2026. Registration is ONLINE ONLY! There will be absolutely NO in-person dictation or handwritten release/registration forms available at the race venue.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

• Friday August 28, 2026:
  • 8:00 am - Ranch opens for pre-ride and camping. Be sure to pay the per-person ranch access fee when registering for the event or upon arrival at the gate.
  • 5:00 pm - Course Marking Begins
• Saturday August 29, 2026:
  • 8:00 am - Ranch opens for pre-ride and camping. Be sure to pay the per-person ranch access fee when registering online or upon arrival at the gate.
  • 9:00 am - Course Marking Continues.
  • 12:00 pm - Course Marking Completed.
  • 1:00 pm - Kids Cup hosted by TMBRA.
  • 2:00 pm - Juniors Course Group Pre-Ride hosted by DFW Series Admin Team.
  • 3:00 pm - Adult Full Course Group Pre-Ride hosted by DFW Series Admin Team.
• Sunday August 30, 2026:
  • 6:30 am - REGISTRATION CLOSED.
  • 7:00 am - Check-in and Packet Pickup Opens.
  • 8:00 am - Juniors Ages 1-10 and 11-12 Start.
  • 8:45 am - PRO &: Cat 1 Start.
  • 9:00 am - Estimated Juniors Age 1-10 and 11-12 Awards.
  • 10:30 am - Cat 2 Start.
  • 11:30 am - Cat 3 and Juniors 13-14 Start.
  • 11:45 am - Estimated PRO &: Cat 1 Awards.
  • 12:45 pm - Estimated Cat 2 Awards.
  • 1:30 pm - Estimated Cat 3 Awards.

Awards

• Cat 1 Classes: Awards for top 3 plus CASH payout for top 5.
• Cat 2 Classes: Awards for top 3 + Swag items from Arundel Bicycle Company for top 5 placements.
• Cat 3 Classes: Awards for top 3. There will be a raffle for additional prizes for all Cat 3 participants.
