EUREKA ENDURO

RACE OVERVIEW
An annual stop on the Arkansas Enduro Series, the Eureka Enduro is a rowdy weekend of racing through "The Little Switzerland of the Ozarks" and the Victorian-style resort town of Eureka Springs. The community is home to some of the best mountain biking in Arkansas including Lake Leatherwood Gravity Park and the largest gravity park in the state. For 2026, the Eureka Enduro is being held in conjunction with the Eureka Springs Fat Tire Festival - a three-day family-friendly mountain bike festival September 26-28, 2026.
REGISTRATION DETAILS
- Registration Opening: June 12th at 8am, first-come, first-served basis.
- Limitation: Organizers reserve the right to limit overall event participation.
- Participant Entry Includes:
- One-day competition with up to 4-7 stages and 10-20 total miles of rider-designed racing.
- Sufficiently marked courses with maps emailed prior to the event.
- Mid-race aid stations with access to professional mechanics.
- Professional event timing and instant results.
- Post-race meal and beverages in a family-friendly festival setting.
- Awards ceremony by category with prizes awarded 5 deep.
RACE VENUE
Eureka Springs premier outdoor recreation resource, the 1600-acre Lake Leatherwood City Park features a 25-mile trail network surrounded by the spring-fed Lake Leatherwood – and a proper Ozark Mountain setting for round two of the Arkansas Enduro Series. A long list of available amenities at the park include cabins, dry camping, & RV sites and the sports field facility will double as the race venue for the weekend.

EVENT SCHEDULE
Final event schedule with packet pickup, official pre-ride, and start times will be released the week of the event. Arkansas Enduro Series events are rain or shine except under extreme circumstances. The Race Director reserves the right to adjust the schedule due to any unforeseen circumstances.
- FRIDAY: Early pre-riding is allowed, 4PM-7PM | Early Check-In | Location TBA.
- SATURDAY: 9AM-4PM | Check-In & Official Practice Day.
- SUNDAY:
- 8AM-10AM | Timing Chip Pick-Up.
- 9AM-3PM | Race Day.
- 4PM | Podium Awards.

DRY CAMPING
When possible, limited dry camping spots at the Race Venue will be available to reserve during event registration. Please refer to the event’s online registration service for additional details.

SAFETY & PREPARATIONS
- Protective Gear: Helmets are required: full-face helmets, knee pads, and elbow pads are highly suggested.
- Temperature: Generally averages around 91°F during the day and mid-to-upper 60s at night.
- Hydration: Riders are encouraged to carry at least 50-60 ounces of water and snacks.
- Misc. Equipment: Recommended to bring bug spray, sunscreen, spare tubes, and other parts.
EVENT POLICIES
- Dogs: Allowed but must be on a leash at all times.
- Trash Policy: If you pack it in, pack it out. Please follow all event sustainability requests.
- Race Day Meal: Post-race meal will be provided to racers and volunteers.
- Waiver: All participants must sign a waiver of liability prior to competing.
REFUND POLICY
Arkansas Enduro Series events are rain or shine, and refunds will not be issued except under extreme circumstances.
