- Refund Policy: There will be no refunds or defers.
About the Bear Brook Classic
- Organizers: State 9 Racing is back for year number 10.
- Trails: Bear Brook State Park offers a wide variety of trails, with a great mix of flow and tech singletrack.
- Course Length: The course will be approximately 6 miles long and 8 miles long for the Marathon.
- Food: Race Day food will be provided by our own BBQ chef.
Location and Directions
- Parking: The new parking lot can be found at GPS coordinates 43.143603, -71.355437.
- Directions: Take exit 11 off Route 93, north on Hackett Hill Rd, north on West River Rd. Turn right onto Main St/College Park (crosses over Merrimack River).
- Route: Turn left onto Daniel Webster Hwy (Rte 3/Rt 28). Turn right onto Rt 28/Pinewood Rd, then right onto Deerfield Rd to the park.
- Finish: Turn right on to Podunk Road for about 1/2 mile to the start/finish at Hayes Field.
Registration Details
- Pre Registration: Pre Reg Only! DAY OF REG Not AVAILABLE this year.
- Categories: Marathon, Pro/Open (elite), Cat 1 (expert), Cat 2 (sport), and Cat 3 (novice) and kids races.
- Start Times: Waves with same start time will start approximately 2 minutes apart.
- Course Information: Beginner and Marathon course details are TBD.
Race Details
- Pro/Open: 4 laps.
- Cat 1: 3 laps.
- Cat 2: 3 laps: Cat 2 Jr: 2 laps.
- Cat 3: 2 laps: Cat 3 Jr: 1 lap.
- Fat bike: 2 laps: Marathon: 4 laps of long course.
- Kids Race: Separate race for ages 11 and under - 1 lap for ages 8-11 and 0.5 lap for 7 and under.
Support and Prizes
- Mechanic Support: Provided by S&W Sports.
- Prizes: Donated by Ryno Power cycling nutrition and S&W Sports.
- Finishers: All top three finishers will receive medals: cash prizes for elites.
- Merchandise: Additional merchandise will be distributed as available.

- Location: Bear Brook State Park is a 10,000-acre preserve located in Allenstown, NH.
- Amenities: Camp sites, picnic areas, hiking trails, swimming and fishing ponds, and more.
- Historic Sites: Home to the New Hampshire Snowmobile Museum and historic CCC buildings.
