47th Muenster Metric Century Bicycle Rally

Event Details

• Date: Saturday, April 24, 2027
• Time: 9:00 a.m.
• Location: 421 N Main St, Muenster, TX
• Course Lengths: 100 Kilometer (63 mi), 65 Kilometer (40 mi), 35 Kilometer (22 mi)

Course Information

• Scenic Roads: The course is pedaled over paved roads in a beautiful and scenic North Texas area.
• Challenge: It is a fast and challenging course with long and steep climbs.
• Descent Excitement: Expect exhilaration on your way down after the climbs!

Entry Fees

• Early Registration: $60 per rider for all entries postmarked by April 19, 2027.
• Late Registration: $70 per rider for entries postmarked after April 19, 2027, and for those registering on the day of the ride.
• Packet Pick-Up: Friday from 9 AM - 6 PM @ Sacred Heart Community Center - 706 North Main Street.
• Saturday Registration: Packet pick-up & day of registration from 7 AM - 8:30 AM at Heritage Hall - 1902 Weber Ranch Rd., Muenster, Texas.

Finish Area Refreshments

• Post-Ride Treats: Join us for refreshments at the Finish Area located at Heritage Park!
• Free T-shirts: The first 700 riders will receive a t-shirt!
• Event Access: Free admission into GermanFest held at Heritage Park.
• Complimentary Drinks: Enjoy 2 FREE cold beers from the Muenster Jaycees beer trailer!

Important Notes

• Entry Fees: All entry fees are nonrefundable: this fundraiser supports Sacred Heart Catholic School Family.
• Rules: Riders must abide by all traffic laws. Helmets are expected: riders under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Rest Stops and Medical Facilities

• Rest Stops: Approximately 10-15 miles apart, providing water, fruit, and other liquids.
• Medical Aid: Provided along the route and at the finish. Emergency services are available.

Weather Conditions

• Variable Weather: Temperatures usually average 72 degrees at mid-afternoon.
• Wind Considerations: Wind can significantly affect the ride: plan accordingly.

Event Policy

• Rain or Shine: The ride will take place regardless of weather conditions: no refunds will be issued.
• Rally Start: The Rally begins at 9 AM! The staff will not mail T-shirts to cyclists who fail to ride.

All proceeds from this event will benefit education for Sacred Heart Catholic School.
