LVRR September Summer Series 5K

⏱️ Our Prediction Run is Back!!!

HOW IT WORKS: No watches!!! At 6 PM we will set the clock to 60 minutes and it will count down to zero. You start your race at the time you think it will take you to finish. If everyone guesses correctly, everyone should finish at the same time.

🏃‍♂️ Series Overview

• Free Race Series: This is a free 5k race series that includes 5 races held on the first Wednesday of each month from May through September.
• Membership: You do not need to be an LVRR club member to participate in this series.
• Location: Sign up online and come out to Lehigh Parkway for this relaxed, no-frills race.
• Course: The course is accurately measured, mostly flat, cinder trail in the Parkway. Due to scheduled repairs to Bogarts Bridge, the course is modified. Course Map

🕔 Race Day Details

• Check-In: Begins at 5:15 PM - All runners must check in prior to the race. Please look for our volunteers in orange safety vests.
• Age Requirement: Racers must be 10 years of age.
• Time Limit: 60 minutes (19:35 minute/mile)
• Start Time: Begins at 6:00 PM this month.

🌭 Food Policy

We will no longer host the Potluck Dinner – The club will provide hotdogs, water and chips. Please do not bring food to share.
