The Tampa General Hospital Loggerhead Triathlon is Presented by Tampa General Hospital and produced by the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce is one of the longest enduring triathlons in the state of Florida. Dating back to 1985, triathletes have made the trip to Jupiter year after year to enjoy the magnificent ocean-side setting, the family-friendly atmosphere and the competition. The event has become a "must do" on the southeast race circuit and has spawned some of the top triathletes in the United States.

Race Details

• Date: Saturday, August 22, 2026
• Time: Beginning at 7 AM
• Location: Carlin Park, 400 Florida A1A, Jupiter, FL
• Course: 3/8 mile ocean swim, 13 mile bike, and flat 3.1 mile run

Awards will be given to the top three overall in each division.

Athletes ages 14–19 can register for just $99. We’re excited to encourage the next generation of triathletes with this special pricing—because it’s never too early to dive in!

First Timer Division

Ever dreamed of crossing that finish line? The Loggerhead Triathlon is the perfect place to make it happen! Our First Timer Division is designed just for you, with a separate start wave, a supportive community, and a special First Timer Seminar to answer all your questions. Whether you’re new to swimming, biking, running, or just need a confidence boost, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

No experience? No problem. You don’t need it. The only thing you need to bring is your excitement to try something new! Join us, and make this race YOUR race. Be part of the action, soak up the fun, and become a triathlete in a way that’s as exhilarating as it is welcoming.
