Event Location

Located at Mitchell Park - Guthrie Lake

Event Overview

• Year: This is the seventh year for this event.
• Season End: Always a great time of year to end your season.
• Final Race: It is the last race of the year in the great state of Oklahoma (including KS, MO, and AR).

Swim Course

• Lake Conditions: Great lake (no wake) in a protected cove.
• Spectator Friendly: This is the most spectator friendly swim in the state.
• Shoreline Access: Athletes supporters can walk the shoreline for the entirety of the distance.
• Support: Great kayak support available.

Bike and Run Course

• Challenge Level: The bike course is a very challenging course for all the distances.
• Fast Run: Ends with a very fast run course.
• Multiple Loops: This course has multiple loops making it very spectator friendly all the way to the finish line.

Race Distances

• Sprint: Swim 500yd - Bike 18mi - Run 3mi.
• Beat Buzz Super Sprint: Swim 200yd - Bike 6mi - Run 1mi.
• Duathlon: Run 2mi - Bike 18mi - Run 2mi.
• Super Sprint Aquabike: Swim 200yds - Bike 6mi.

Youth Under 12 Free Race

This year race management will have a Youth Under 12 free race. When selecting this option after registering you will need to contact race management directly to identify what your Athlete chooses to race. There will be an additional charge to cover the cost of the shirt if you choose to order one.

Additional Information for Youth Memberships

USA Triathlon Youth Memberships Youth Digital:

• Cost: $10 Digital-only membership card accessible via the USA Triathlon app or member login.
• Magazine: Includes a subscription to the quarterly USA Triathlon magazine.
• Ranking System: Participation in the USA Triathlon national ranking system.
• Sanctioned Races: Eligibility for sanctioned races.
• Youth Premier: $30 Includes all the benefits of the Youth Digital membership and a physical membership card.

Check-in/Packet Pickup

• When: Check-in/packet pick up will be Saturday/race morning only starting at 7:00 AM.
• Photo ID: All you need is your photo ID, no exceptions.
• Packet Pickup: Only the registered Athlete can pick up the packet, no exceptions.
• Email Blast: There will be an email blast sent out on Sept 29th/Monday with additional details.
