Race Overview

Running club will meet on Wednesdays from 3:30-4:30pm and all skill levels are welcome.

Incentives & Features

• Incentives & Awards: Participants can earn recognitions for various achievements.
• Fun, Fitness & Friendships: Build lasting friendships while engaging in fitness activities.
• End of Season Party: Celebrate accomplishments with a fun gathering.
• Themed Runs: Participate in events including barefoot running, trail running, speed + agility, and obstacle courses.

• Run-Specific Drills & Logged Laps: Improve running skills and track progress.
• Dynamic Warm-ups & Cool-downs: Essential routines for every practice.
• Weekly Training Schedule: Updates sent home weekly for runners & parents.

• Shoes: Guidance on choosing the right running shoes.

What Makes Us Unique

We offer a personalized 5K training plan designed for both runners and their parents to follow together. As we progress week by week, this plan helps everyone prepare for our final 5K race, making it a shared journey toward achievement.

Registration Information

Registration is non-refundable/non-transferable.

Community Race Participation

• Participation: All Running Club members are invited to a local community race TBD (participation is not mandatory).
• Registration Responsibility: Participants must register for the event separately.
• Running Buddy: Ensure you have a running buddy for race day.
