Major Reid Nannen Memorial 5K

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

This 5K Run / Walk will honor U.S. Marine Major Reid B. Nannen, a Hopedale native, who gave his life in service while training at TOPGUN NAS in Fallon, Nevada on March 1, 2014.

🌟 1 Mile Memorial Walk

• Opportunity: Join us in the opportunity to honor those we love during the 1 Mile Memorial Walk.
• Donation: For just a $25 donation, we will have a yard sign created that honors and/or remembers someone that you love.
• Placement: These signs will be placed along the race/walk course.
• Deadline: Deadline for ordering yard signs for 2025 is June 15, 2025.

👕 Shirt Guarantee

• Registration Deadline: You must register by June 15th to be guaranteed your shirt size.
• Post June 15: After June 15th, first come first serve based on availability.
• Registration Methods: From July 2 @ Noon until Race Day @ 7:00am, registrations can be completed by calling 309-449-4500, registering at packet pickup, or on the day of the race at the registration table.

📦 Packet Pickup

• Date: Packet pickup is on July 3, from 8am-7pm at the Hopedale Wellness Center.
• Day of Pickup: Day of pickup will be at the race registration table.
• Recommendation: Early pickup is strongly encouraged.

5K Overall Winners
* Fastest Male Runner (Gun Time) will receive a monetary award
* Fastest Female Runner (Gun Time) will receive a monetary award

Top 2 Male and Female in each Age Group (Based on Net Chip Time. Your time starts when you cross the start line.)

• Course: A running course that takes you through the heart of Hopedale.
• Results: Live-time results.
• Awards Ceremony: Starting at 8:30am on the day of the race.
• Post-Race Party: Enjoy a post-race party with snacks and beverages.
