Matt's 5k Pursuit

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

• Date: April 13, 2025
• Location: 4521 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH
• Goal: Support Matt's Foundation and celebrate funding 115 K9's totaling over $1.2 million!
• Participation: In person or virtual: upload your time by 9 am April 13th to compete for a medal.

👕 T-Shirt Information

• Pre-registration: Guarantees an event t-shirt.
• Late Registrants: T-shirt provided while supplies last.
• Pick Up: Shirt/bib available on April 10 from 4-7 pm at Queen City Running or on race day before 8:30 a.m.

🗓️ Registration Details

• Pre-registration Deadline: Closes March 30th.
• Online Registration: Continues from April 1 to April 8.
• Race Day Registration: Available until 8:30 a.m. with a late fee of $5 per person.

🤝 Sponsorship Opportunities

• Deadline: Sponsorships accepted until March 30th.
• Support: Contributions help fund K9 Units for law enforcement agencies.
• Impact: Assistance provided to six police departments in 2024 with significant funding for K9s, vests, and equipment.
• Future Goals: Continued support of K9 Units through your participation in this year’s 5k.

🌟 Foundation Mission

• Established: Matt Haverkamp Foundation since 2005.
• K9s Funded: 115 K9's for law enforcement agencies.
• 2024 Achievements: Funded five narcotics detection/patrol K9s and one explosive detection/patrol K9 totaling over $85,000.
• 2025 Updates: Already funded four K9s with several additional requests received.
