About this race
Pave The Way 5K Overview
Join us for the Pave the Way 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk on the creeper trail in the beautiful Alvarado area of Abingdon, Virginia! This helps send our youth to the 2027 ARISE Youth Conference held in Pigeon Forge, TN.
Who Should Participate
- Experienced Runners: Chasing a new personal best? This is for you!
- First-Time Participants: A welcoming environment for all levels!
- Families: A fun way to spend a fall morning together!
- Community Members: Everyone is invited to join at the starting line!
Event Purpose
Inspired by Hebrews 12:1 — “…let us run with patience the race that is set before us,” Pave the Way is about so much more than crossing a finish line. Every registration, every sponsor, and every step taken helps support Alvarado Bible Church Youth as we continue paving the way for the future of the next generation.
