Event Overview
Lace up your shoes for The Wurst 5k run/walk and a 1 mile Brat Trot with the Altamont Schuetzenfest. Schuetzenfest is one of our communities great traditions. Join us in celebrating this tradition, our community and the memories that bring us together year after year. So whether you are a serious runner, a casual walker or just looking for a fun way for you and your family to join in the fun, everyone is welcome.
Dress Code
- German Flair: We encourage all participants to wear their Dirndls, Lederhosen or German attire.
- Family-Friendly: Suitable for casual walkers and families.
- Community Spirit: Celebrate with your neighbors and friends.

Race Details
- Registration: Starts at 10:00am.
- Race Start Time: 11:00am.
- Location: Starts and finishes at Lukes Bar and Grill/ The Whistle Stop where Schuetzenfest will be held.
- Entry Fee: 25 Dollars.
