🍉 BENEFICIARY

Support: This race will support the Cave City High School Cross Country and Track and Field Teams.
Hosting: The teams will be hosting this year's Melon Dash 5K Run.

Race Fee: $25 race fee includes race entry, T-shirt (for racers registered by July 15 after which they will be first come: first serve until gone), a slice of Cave City watermelon, and a ticket to the Kiwani's pancake breakfast.
Registration: Race day registration will begin at 6:00 AM.
Payment: Make checks payable to: Cave City Cross Country.
Day of Race: $30 Day of Race Registration is available (Cash or Check ONLY for day race registration).

Pre-registration: All runners pre-registered by JULY 15 will receive a T-shirt.
Availability: After July 15 T-shirts will be handed out until they run out on a first come, first serve at the registration tent for anyone who signs up after July 16th or on the day of the race.
Sizes: Sizes: Youth M and L and Adult S, M, L, XL, XXL.
No Guarantee: If you ARE NOT registered by JULY 15 there is NO GUARANTEE you will receive a shirt.

Rain Policy: In the event of rain we will run the race.
Lightning Delay: We will delay the start of the race if there is lightning in the area (30 minutes until lightning subsides).
Cancellation: If the delays go past 8am we will have to cancel the race.
No Refunds: In the event of a race cancellation due to weather there will be no refunds!
