NCF Batacular Bike Race 2026

NCF's 5th Annual Batacular Mountain Bike Race

Event Details

• When: Sunday, October 25 at 9:00 a.m.
• Where: Start and finish at 220 Milestone Road, the scenic Milestone cranberry bogs.
• Challenge: A single loop of 8.4 miles or a double loop of 16.8 miles.
• Support: Your participation supports NCF’s vital work protecting Nantucket’s natural resources.

Race Course

• Bikes: Recommended bikes include mountain or fat tire bikes: experienced riders may also use gravel or cyclocross bikes.
• Helmets: Mandatory for all participants.
• Course Features: Sandy dirt roads, winding single-track trails, and technical sections.
• Lap Times: Typical lap times range from 35 to 60 minutes.

Support and Festivities

• Aid Station: An aid station at Altar Rock will offer water and Halloween candy.
• Water Bottle: Please bring your own water bottle.
• Fall Festival: Join us for family-friendly festivities with live music and food trucks!
• NCF Cranberries: Enjoy local NCF cranberries and more!
