• Course Recognition: The Nantucket Half Marathon is one of the most scenic half marathon courses on the East Coast!
• National Ranking: Recognized by Runners' World as one of the nation's top ten beach town races!
• Scenic Route: Set on iconic Nantucket Island, featuring sandy beach roads, bike paths, neighborhood streets, and incredible ocean views.
• Large Participation: The 2024 race had over eight hundred runners and hundreds of spectators.

Course Highlights

• Starting Point: The route begins and ends at historic Bartlett's Farm.
• Preserve Feature: Highlights the Nantucket Land Bank's Smooth Hummocks Coastal Preserve.
• Ecosystem: The Preserve is a globally rare sand plain grassland ecosystem.
• Additional Options: Includes a quarter marathon distance (6.6 miles) and a free kid's fun run.
