Join River Valley Runners on Saturday, October 3rd for the Heal and Rise Together 5K as we lace up our running shoes to raise awareness and support for victims and survivors of domestic violence.

All proceeds from this event will directly benefit the River Valley Shelter for Battered Women and Children in Russellville, providing critical resources, safe housing, and support services to women and families in our community.

Whether you're aiming for a personal record or walking alongside friends and family, every step you take helps break the cycle and bring hope.

Essential Needs Drive (On-Site Collection)

We are collecting essential items at packet pickup and on race morning to directly restock the shelter's pantry. Please consider bringing any of the following items to help support families in need:

• Baby Care: Diapers (all sizes) and baby wipes
• Personal Hygiene: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, deodorant, toothbrushes, and toothpaste
• Household Essentials: Laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Comfort & Clothing: New socks and underwear (all sizes, women & children)
