About this race
Event Overview
The Community Strong Race Weekend team will be hosting our 5th annual fundraising event weekend. This event is designed to raise desperately needed funds and bring awareness to physical and mental health challenges in our community.
Event Details
- Date: June 19-20, 2027
- Location: 50 Pim St, Sault Ste. Marie, ON
- Fundraising: Funds raised will support the AFS Foundation.
- Purpose: Support mental health in Sault Ste. Marie and the Algoma District.
Race Schedule
- Friday, June 18, 2027: Race Packet Pick Up at The Tap Room, 5PM-7PM
- Saturday, June 19, 2027:
- 8 am - 10km
- 9:30 am - Kids Fun Run
- 10 am - Colour Run (5km)
- Sunday, June 20, 2027:
- 6 am - Marathon
- 6:30 am - Half-Marathon
