Whether you're chasing a personal best or strolling in costume with family and friends, this festive event is the perfect way to kick off celebrating Halloween while supporting a great community tradition.
The Course
- Location: The Patriot 5K features a scenic course beginning and ending on the Lenape Valley Regional High School campus.
- Route: Runners will enjoy a combination of campus paths and surrounding neighborhood streets on a well-marked route with gentle rolling hills.
- Support: Enthusiastic volunteers will be present throughout the event.
- Accessibility: The course is ideal for both competitive runners and first-time participants.
Halloween Costume Contest
Don't forget to dress in your Halloween best! Awards will be presented for:
- Best Adult Costume: Award given for the most creative adult costume.
- Best Child Costume: Award for the best costume worn by a child.
- Best Family/Group Costume: Award for the best collective costume (3 or more).
- Safety Reminder: Costumes are encouraged, but please ensure they are safe and comfortable for running.
