Dia de las Mascotas 5k Bash

Get ready to lace up your running shoes- and your costumes!- for a hauntingly good time at the Green Lake Area Animal Shelters second annual 5K, a community event dedicated to making a measurable difference in the lives of all the animals in need at the shelter! This Day of the Dead themed run/walk invites participants of all ages and fitness levels (pups included!) to come together for a great cause! Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking to enjoy a walk with your friends (and pup!), every step you take helps make a difference! So come on down and celebrate in the memory of all our lost paws!

Dogs are encouraged to come and participate (if they want), as there will be some fun contests (best kisser, best trick, best costume, etc.) Prizes will be given to top pups, with participation prizes to all dogs!
