Race Description
- Format: Row, Bike, Run!
- Target Audience: First-time and experienced triathletes
- Objective: Complete a triathlon without swimming
- Details: Participants will complete:
- Row: 10-minute row on Concept II Rower
- Bike: 20-minute bike on Keiser M3i Stationary Bike
- Run: 15-minute walk/run on Life Fitness Treadmill
- Waves: Start every 25 minutes, beginning at 10 a.m.
Logistics
- Transition: Five minute transition time between each leg
- Wave Times: Assigned via email prior to race day
- Registration: No race day registration
- Sign-up Deadline: Closes at noon on February 19, 2026
