• Bike: 24.3 miles heading north on NYS RTE. 89 (map: here)
• Run: 10K (two loops) in the Park, following Taughannock’s base trail (map: here)
• Aquabike: 1500m swim and 24.3mi bike only

Sprint Distance

750 meter swim, 14 mile bike, 5K run

• Swim: 750 meter swim in Cayuga Lake (out and back course)
• Bike: 14 miles heading north on NYS RTE. 89 (map: here)
• Run: 5K (one loop) in the Park, following Taughannock’s base trail (map: here)

Youth Distance

200 meter swim, 9 mile bike, 1.5 mile run

• Swim: 200 meter swim in Cayuga Lake (out and back course)
• Bike: 9 miles heading north on NYS RTE. 89 (map: here)
• Run: 1.5 miles in the Park up to the NY89 Bridge and back (map: here)
