New Year's Day 5K & Fun Run

Race Overview

Start Your New Year on the Right Foot, Dallas! This fun 5K will have you running the New Year in festive style!

New Year's Day Brunch will go until 11am.

Registration Information

• Sell Out Warning: This race will sell out. Please register now if you wish to participate!
• T-Shirt Guarantee: Participants registered by December 5th will have t-shirt guaranteed.
• Post December 5th: If you register after December 5th you may receive a t-shirt but we cannot guarantee the size you want.
• Order Deadline: T-shirt order must be placed in time for printing and shipping.

Hosting Venue

• Location: Katy Trail Ice House
• Setting: The Ice House is an Austin style beer garden and restaurant, located in the heart of uptown Dallas on the Katy Trail.
• Beer Selection: A fifty foot long bar boasts fifty beers on tap, ranging from Texas Domestics to Regional and International Imports.
• Award-Winning: We have been awarded the best patio in Dallas with our open seating communal beer garden.

Parking Information

• Valet Parking: There will be 70 VALET parking spots available at the venue.
• Additions: Other parking available at Ice House regular parking lot and on the streets by the venue.

The Run

• Distances: 5K and 1M Fun Run - will take place on the beautiful Katy Trail.
• Water Stops: Water stops will be available on the 5K course at mile 1 and mile 2.

Swag

• Brunch Pass: Breakfast taco and mimosa or beer for those over 21 years of age (must be 21 bring I.D.)
• Long Sleeve T-Shirt: All participants will receive a long sleeve t-shirt.
• Finisher Medal: Every runner will get a finisher medal.
• Extra Brunch Tickets: Available for those who want to share brunch with non-participants.

Virtual Race Option

No packet pickup for virtual participants. Virtual runners will receive a t-shirt and finisher medal via mail during the week after the race.
